
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp Fat-free greek yogurt
1 tsp lemon zest
4 Tbsp oat bran
2 Tbsp splenda
1. Mix ingredients all together
2. Cook on medium heat until it bubbles on top and then flip the pancakes

At your kids sporting events, going to the pool, going to the beach, going to the park. Staying home in from of the fireplace. Make it special and make it fun!
